1185.025 WIND ENERGY - HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.

The hub height of a wind turbine shall be limited to 275 feet. In cases where the wind turbine is erected on top of a building, the building shall meet the height restrictions established for that particular district. The wind turbine, when affixed to the top of such a building, may reach 275 feet. (Ord. 2013-31. Passed 12-16-13.)
