1185.021 WIND ENERGY - APPLICABILITY.

(a) No person shall construct, erect, maintain, extend or remove a wind energy facility in the Village without compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Wind energy facilities may only be constructed and operated on property located in the IP-1 and H1-1 zoning districts; but only as a Conditionally Permitted Use approved by the Planning Commission and not as a Permitted Use.
