165.03 CREATION OR SUBSTANTIAL ENLARGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS.

Whenever a Village Official establishes a new personal information system or substantially enlarges a prior existing one, he shall complete documentation of that Personal Information System and forward it to the office of the Mayor.
