(a) An initial annual license fee, payable to the Village at the time of application, shall be Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) for each Sweepstakes/Internet Café license. One-half the initial annual fee shall be refunded in the event that an application is denied; but there shall be no refund if a Sweepstakes/Internet Café License is revoked.
(b) A renewal annual license fee, payable to the Village at the time of each annual renewal thereafter, shall be Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) for each Sweepstakes/Internet Café license. This fee shall not be pro-rated for partial years. One-half the renewal annual fee shall be refunded in the event that an application is denied; but there shall be no refund if a Sweepstakes/Internet Café License is revoked.
(c) A nonrefundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per device, per month, shall be payable to the Village each month for each Computerized Sweepstakes Device License. The license fee shall be paid for each Device brought to the facility before the device is put into use. For purposes of determining licensing fees, each Device that is operable by one or more persons is a separate device.
