(a) No person, partnership, corporation, or other entity shall operate or conduct a sweepstakes/internet café without first obtaining a license therefor as provided in this Chapter, which license shall be designated as a Sweepstakes/Internet Café License.
(b) No person, partnership, corporation, or other entity shall operate or conduct a Sweepstakes/Internet Café at any time unless the information on file with the Village is current and accurately reports the licensing information at the time of operation.
