769.04 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall display for purpose of use within the Village any Computerized Sweepstakes Device without first having obtained a license therefor as provided in this Chapter, which license shall be designated as a Computerized Sweepstakes Device License. A separate license shall be required for each such Computerized Sweepstakes Device.
