1175.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide standards for the placement, display, and use of signs. These standards are designed to enhance the aesthetic environment of the Municipality of Wellington, improve pedestrian and traffic safety, and minimize possible adverse effects of signs on nearby public and private property.
