(a) No person shall sweep, shovel, blow, plow, or pile, or cause to be swept, shoveled, blown, plowed, or piled, any snow, ice, leaves, branches, twigs, brush, grass or other waste upon any of the streets, avenues, alleys, or other public ways of the Village.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
