1182.09 APPEALS.

An applicant who has been denied a Design Approval Certificate by the Design Review Board may appeal the decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Any such appeal shall be made within ten (10) days after the Board's decision. Upon hearing such an appeal, the Board of Zoning Appeals may reverse, affirm or modify the order or determination, and issue a Design Approval Certificate. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall base its decision on the appeal criteria.
