In addition to the above standards, the Design Review Board may develop more specific design review standards that address and illustrate acceptable building designs. The Design Review Board shall also develop forms and submission requirements related to the issuance of a Design Approval Certificate; this shall include a requirement that the applicant provide the name and address of the owners of record of all real property which is either adjacent to or within a 100 foot radius of the subject property. Village Council shall approve any such standards and submission requirements before use by the Design Review Board.
