1182.02 DESIGN REVIEW DISTRICT DEFINED.
   The Design Review District shall encompass the properties identified by the list of addresses as follows:
East Herrick Avenue - North Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the north side of East Herrick Avenue and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800021110060 and 1800021110059; plus the following parcels: 1800021110031, 1800021110064, 1800021110070, 1800021110065, 1800021110041, 1800021110079, 1800021110082, 1800021110078.
East Herrick Avenue - South Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the south side of East Herrick Avenue and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800022101002 and 1800022102019.
West Herrick Avenue - North Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the north side of West Herrick Avenue and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800028115023 and 1800028113001; plus the following parcel: 1800028115026.
West Herrick Avenue - South Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the south side of West Herrick Avenue and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800027106026 and 1800027104039.
North Main Street - East Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access onto
the east side of North Main Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800021110028 and 18000211109013.
North Main Street - West Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the west side of North Main Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800028115012 and 1800028108068.
South Main Street - East Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access onto the east side of South Main Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800022101001 and 1800022101018.
South Main Street - West Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access

Depot Street - South East Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the southeast side of Depot Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800027106001 and 1800028115005.
Depot Street - North West Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access
onto the northwest side of Depot Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800028114001 and 1800028114007.
Kelly Street - North Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access onto the
north side of Kelly Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800028108055 and 1800028112037.
Kelly Street - South Side - any property which either abuts or has direct vehicular access onto the
south side of Kelly Street and which property or access either is or lies between the following permanent parcel numbers: 1800028113001 and 1800028500005; plus the following parcel: 1800028113002.
