The Manager may deny, revoke, or suspend the permit upon finding that any provision of this chapter or condition of approval has been violated. Upon denial, revocation, or suspension, the Manager shall give notice of such action to the applicant or permittee in writing stating the action that has been taken and the reason therefor. The action shall be effective immediately.
