1191.21 MAINTENANCE OF FOUNDATIONS.

All foundations of every structure shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. All foundation walls shall be maintained so as to carry the safe design and operating dead and live loads. (Ord. 2007-08. Passed 7-2-07.)
