   1191.20 GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)    All structures and all parts thereof, both exterior and interior, shall be maintained in good repair.
   (b)    All equipment and facilities appurtenant to an occupied structure shall be maintained in good and safe working order.
