1131.04 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Farm Minimum Lot Area: Five (5) acres.
   (b)   Minimum Lot Area. Two (2) acres for single family.
   (c)   Minimum Lot Width. Three hundred feet (300 ft.) for farm and two hundred feet (200 ft.) for single family.
