Any contractor or builder shall, before commencing any work or performing any service within the Municipality, register with the Director of Finance on forms provided by the Director of Finance and which shall set forth the full name, complete address and phone number of the registrant along with any other pertinent information required by the Director of Finance. Such registration shall be renewed annually so long as the contractor or builder continues to perform work or provide services within the purview of this chapter.
