1307.01 CONTRACTOR OR BUILDER DEFINED.

A contractor or builder is hereby defined as a person, firm, corporation or other entity who or which performs work to repair, remodel, construct, decorate or redecorate any dwelling or other structure for hire within the confines of the Municipality.
