(a) All fees for building permits issued for construction pursuant to the OBOA Code shall be as established by Section 4101:2-1-21 of the Ohio Administrative Code, as from time to time may be revised by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. Plumbing fees shall be a duplication of the fees required for electrical permits.

(b) All fees collected shall be collected by the Director of Finance and shall be deposited to a fund designated “Building Permit Fund”, not more than ninety percent (90%) of the fees collected shall be paid to the inspectors after they have invoiced the Municipality for said inspections.
