1164.03 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.

In an ID-1 District, the following uses shall be classified as conditionally permitted uses and may be permitted by the Planning Commission subject to the general conditions as set forth in Chapter 1125 and the following specific conditions:

(a) Laboratories (commercial, analytical, experimental, and research) and commercial scientific testing. (Ord. 2012-10. Passed 4-2-12.)
