1155.02 PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses shall be permitted in the Central Business District:
   (a)   Retail Store. Specialized retail uses and shops, including furriers, millinery, shops dealing with women’s and men’s wearing apparel, including shoe shops, antique shops, jewelry stores, gift shops, bookstores (other than adult book stores), florist shops, photographer or artist studios, barber shops, beauty parlors, and drug stores.
   (b)   Off-street parking lots.
   (c)   General merchandise.
         Hardware stores
         Department stores
         Mail order houses
         Variety stores
   (d)   Food.
         Grocery stores
         Meat and fish (seafood) markets
         Fruit stores and vegetable markets
         Candy, nut, and confectionery stores
         Dairy products stores
         Retail bakeries
         Miscellaneous food stores
   (e)   Apparel.
         Men's and boy's clothing and furnishings stores
         Women's accessory and specialty stores
         Women's ready-to-wear stores
         Children's and infant's wear stores
         Family clothing stores
         Shoe stores
         Custom tailors
         Furriers and fur shops
         Miscellaneous apparel and accessory stores
   (f)   Home furnishings.
         Furniture, home furnishings, and equipment stores.
         Household appliance stores
   Radio, television and music stores
   (g)   Eating and drinking.   
         Eating and drinking places
   (h)   Miscellaneous retail.
         Drugstores and proprietary stores
         Liquor stores
         Antique stores and secondhand stores
         Book and stationary stores
         Sporting goods stores and bicycle shops
         Jewelry stores
         Florists
         Cigar stores and stands
         News dealers and newsstands
         Camera and photographic supply stores
         Gift, novelty, and souvenir shops
         Optical goods stores
   (i)   Administrative, business, and professional offices.
Administrative offices primarily engaged in general administration, supervision, purchasing, accounting, and other management functions.
Business offices carrying on no retail trade with the general public and having no stock of goods maintained for sale to customers.
Professional offices engaged in providing tangible and intangible services to the general public, involving both persons and possessions.
   (j)   Finance.
         Commercial and stock savings banks

         Trust companies not engaged in deposit banking
         Establishments performing functions closely related to banking
         Savings and loan associations
         Agricultural and credit institutions
         Personal credit institutions
         Business credit institutions
         Loan Correspondents and brokers

   (k)   Real estate offices.
   Accessory buildings or uses subordinate to those permitted therein.
   (l)   Accessory uses and structures incidental to the above uses.
