In the NB-1 District, the following uses may be permitted as conditional uses by the Planning Commission subject to the general conditions as set forth in Chapter 1125:
(a) Automatic car wash stations.
(b) Service stations.
(c) Funeral homes.
(d) Wireless telecommunication towers, wireless telecommunication facilities, and wireless telecommunication shelters.
(e) Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those listed above by the Planning Commission (see Chapter 1125).
