1145.01 GENERAL REGULATIONS.

All terms and provisions contained within Chapter 1143 relating to the MR-1 Multiple- Family Residence District shall be applicable to lots and lands in the MR-1-A Modified Multiple- Family Residence District with the sole exceptions being that minimum lot width in the MR-1-A District so designated shall be sixty-six feet (66 ft.).
