1143.017 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.

The provisions of Chapter 1177 shall apply in this district. The exception to this requirement shall be in the case of a development which is confined strictly to senior citizens (sixty-two [62] years of age or older), in which case the requirement shall be one-half (½) of the above.
