1143.03 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.

   In an MR-1 District, the following uses shall be classed as conditionally permitted uses and may be permitted by the Planning Commission:

   (a)   Golf course and country club, subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section 1131.03(d).

   (b)   Parks and playgrounds, subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section 1131.03(e).

   (c)   Professional office building or clinic for medical or dental purposes.

   (d)   Child care or adult day care facilities with more than seven (7) persons, subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section 1173.010.

   (e)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those listed above by the Planning Commission (see Chapter 1125).
