The following uses, and no others, shall be permitted in an R1-1 District:
(a) Agriculture (farms).
(b) Single-family dwellings.
(c) Accessory buildings incidental to the principal use which do not include any activity conducted as a business.
(d) Greenhouses.
(e) Water impoundment facilities (expositions owned and operated by a public body).
(f) All other uses permitted in accordance with State and Federal laws.
