1127.10 DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, AND RECONSTRUCTION.
   Any non-conforming building or structure damaged by fire, explosion, act of God, or act of the public enemy may be reconstructed and used as before such calamity, provided such building or structure is not damaged to the extent of more than fifty percent (50%) of its reproduction cost at the time of destruction, it shall not be reconstructed except in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance, unless the Board of Zoning Appeals approves the reconstruction in accordance with procedures in Chapter 1125.
