1127.07 EXPIRATION OF CHANGE PERMIT FOR A NON-CONFORMING USE OR BUILDING.

A change permit for a non-conforming use or building shall be deemed to authorize only what is specifically permitted by the Board of Zoning Appeals. If changes as permitted to the non- conforming use or building are not made within six (6) months, the permit shall expire without notice.
