1121.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be to decide any issue involving the interpretation of the provisions contained in this Code, to grant variances from the strict letter of the Code in instances of unnecessary hardship and to hear appeals from decisions of the Zoning Inspector as herein provided.
