1119.07 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS.

Within fifteen (15) days after the public hearing, the Planning Commission shall recommend to Council that the amendment be granted as requested, or it may recommend a modification of the amendment requested or it may recommend that the amendment not be granted. The Commission shall transmit its recommendation to Council in writing.
