1117.011 SCHEDULE OF FEES, CHARGES AND EXPENSES.
   Council shall by Resolution establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and a collection procedure for zoning permits, zoning certificates of occupancy, appeals, and all other matters pertaining to the administration and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the offices of the Clerk of the Planning and Zoning Department and Finance Director, and may be altered or amended only through Council. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal.
