1117.08 FAILURE TO OBTAIN A ZONING PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   Failure to obtain a zoning permit or zoning certificate of occupancy shall be a violation of this Zoning Ordinance and is/shall be punishable under Section 1117.013.
