(a) The following schedule of administrative fees and charges shall be collected and paid to the Director of Finance of the Municipality where they are to be deposited to the General Fund of the Municipality: (Ord. 2012-13. Passed 5-7-12.)

(5) | New construction of multi- family dwellings (3 or more units) | 50.00/unit + 0.05/s.f. |
(6) | Remodeling, (requiring structural

(b) The following review fees shall be charged to all persons, firms, corporations or other entities presenting plats of new subdivisions for review according to the Subdivision Regulations or lot split requests and the review of site planning and zoning issues for the Village. All such fees shall accompany the request for approval of the application and shall be paid to the Director of Finance of the Municipality and deposited to the credit of the General Fund.
