(a) Council shall determine and fix such rates or charges for participation in various recreational activities conducted by the Municipality from time to time, to be assessed against all who may participate therein as a condition for such participation. The schedule of charges shall be adopted by majority vote of Council and may be changed from time to time as Council may determine. (Ord. 1982-15. Passed 4-19-82.)
(b) Upon the adoption of a motion to adopt such a schedule of charges by Council, such schedule shall be placed in the hands of the Village Manager and Director of Finance. Thereafter and until modified or changed by Council, the rates set forth on the schedule shall be received for participation in the recreation activities of the Municipality. All such funds shall be deposited promptly into the proper Recreation Account with the Director of Finance.
