927.01 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The customer is to acquaint himself with the rules and regulations covering electrical power services and shall see that any installation is made accordingly.

The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to furnish electricity to any applicant for any reason whatsoever and the right to refuse to connect or to discontinue any service that is not in accordance with its rules and regulations.
