925.02 TAPPING PERMIT REQUIRED; DIAMETER OF SERVICE PIPE.
   (a)    No person shall make any connection to the Municipal water line without first obtaining a written tapping permit from the Plumbing Inspector.
 
   (b)   The permit shall give the Village Manager or his duly authorized agent authority to enter upon the premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of investigating and inspecting such water lines. Lines shall be left exposed until after an inspection has been made.
 
   (c)   The Village Manager is authorized to refuse to turn on the water until the installation is approved by the Village Manager.
 
   (d)   All connections from the Municipal water line to the water meter shall be of copper or plastic pipe, not less than three-fourths inch inside diameter.
