921.05 SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS: PROHIBITIONS; PENALTIES.
   (a)   No industrial waste harmful to the system shall be permitted to discharge into the Municipal sanitary system except that waste which shall be treated on the owner's premises so as to reduce such wastes to such condition, strength and toxicity amenable to treatment with domestic waste.
 
   (b)   The Village Manager or the Plumbing Inspector may take such samples of industrial waste discharges as are deemed necessary to enforce this provision and, in the event of a violation, may in addition to all other remedies provided in this chapter, immediately apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order to require compliance with this section or to terminate the service to such premises found to be in violation.
