917.01 CUTS BY VILLAGE; FEE.

All curb cuts to be made in the Village shall be made upon application to the Village Administrator and all curb cuts shall be made by the Village Manager or his designee.

Council shall establish the fee for such curb cuts as it deems necessary.

Any special circumstances shall be subject to the review and recommendation of the Street Committee.
