(a) No person, firm or corporation shall be issued a permit for any pinball machine, electronic game or similar amusement device when it appears that the applicant has a prior revocation or denial of a permit under this chapter or if it appears that the premises for which the permit is being sought have previously been used for purposes in violation of this chapter.
(b) No permit shall be issued to a person, firm or corporation having a prior conviction of a felony offense. Should it appear at any time that a permit already issued was in error due to conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, the same shall immediately be revoked.
