Should it be determined after a Court hearing that a pinball machine, electronic game or similar amusement device has been used for gambling purposes, machines or devices may be seized along with all other pinball machines, electronic games and similar amusement devices on the premises in which such offense occurred and the same should be destroyed forthwith.
