Should the owner, renter, operator, exhibitor or other person, firm or corporation in possession of a duly licensed pinball machine, electronic game or other similar amusement device use or permit the same to be used for gambling purposes or violate the provisions of this chapter the permit for such operation shall be revoked and the device removed from the premises.
