For the purposes of this chapter the terms defined in the following subsections shall have the meaning therein assigned.
(a) "Electronic games" includes simulated aerial or space flights, aerial, terrestial or space battles, road races dexterity or coordination tests or similar amusement devices operated by the insertion of a coin, disc or other insertion piece, and which register a score after the insertion of such coin, disc or other insertion piece.
(b) "Game room" includes any place of business containing and displaying for use therein four or more electronic games or pinball machines or any combination thereof.
(c) "Pinball machine" includes bagatelles, marble machines, table bowling, table hockey and any similar amusement devices operated by the insertion of a coin, disc or other insertion piece, and which registers or may register a score after the insertion of such coin, disc or other insertion piece; it shall not include coin operated vending machines, music machines or devices used bona fide and solely for the vending or service of food or merchandise.
