749.04 INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC ALERTING DEVICES PERMITTED.

(a) The use of individual electronic alerting devices which are approved and properly licensed for operation by the Federal Communications Commission, along with similarly approved sending units or other components used in conjunction with such alerting devices shall be permitted within the Municipality as are other alarm systems.

(b) In each case the individual, before utilizing the device, shall be required to notify the Village of Wellington Police Chief and the Wellington Community Fire District Fire Chief of the proposed use, and the type of alarm device.
