749.02 CONFORMANCE.

(a) All new fire alarm system specifications shall conform to all state and local codes. Specifications shall be submitted to the State of Ohio Buildings and Factories for approval. The system specifications shall also be presented to the Fire Chief for approval.

(b) All new and existing fire alarm systems that will be monitored shall be monitored by a 24 hour Emergency Response Center (ERC), it is the responsibility of the facility to contract with an (ERC) at no cost to the Village of Wellington or the Wellington Community Fire District.

(c) Maintenance. The system shall be maintained by the owner of the system in conformance with all state and local codes.
