No person shall engage in the business of conducting or operating a temporary store within the Municipality without obtaining a license therefor from the Director of Finance. "Temporary store" means any place opened for the sale, bartering or exchange, at auction or otherwise, of goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of value, within the Municipality for a period less than 120 days.
