§ 94.01  LOUD, DISTURBING NOISES PROHIBITED, GENERALLY.
   Subject to the provisions of §§ 94.03 through 94.09, it shall be unlawful for any person to create or assist in creating any unreasonably loud, disturbing noise in the town taking into consideration the volume, duration, frequency and other characteristics of the sound.
