§ 73.12  LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES.
   Parking lights upon a vehicle, when the vehicle is lawfully parked at night on a street in accordance with this chapter, shall not be required,  except where there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of 200 feet upon such highway or where specifically demanded by the town.
