§ 71.01  TRAFFIC MAPS; ERECTION AND INSTALLATION.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners, by ordinance, from time to time, shall designate, lay off and indicate upon maps to be appropriately marked and maintained in the office of the Town Clerk and Treasurer the following: parking spaces and zones, no parking zones, limited parking zones, loading zones, safety zones, school zones, hospital zones, quiet zones, traffic zones other than the above, through streets, stop streets, yield right-of-way streets, one-way streets, three and four lane streets, play streets, bus stops, parallel parking, angle parking and parking under any other restrictions, together with indications of intersections at which traffic shall be controlled by official traffic signals, intersections at which left turns or right turns shall be prohibited or at which left turns or right turns shall be allowed under certain conditions and intersections at which markers, buttons, painted marks, signs or other indications shall be placed to indicate the course to be traveled by vehicles traversing or turning at the intersections.
   (B)   Whenever any designation is made in accordance with this section, the designated town officials, or their agents, shall erect and install the signs, markings, lines, signals and other traffic-control devices as may be necessary to clearly indicate the designation and to put drivers of vehicles on notice of the restriction, limitation or prohibition resulting from the designation.
