§ 70.06  PERSONS PROPELLING PUSH CARTS, RIDING BICYCLES AND THE LIKE.
   Every person propelling a pushcart or riding a bicycle or an animal upon a roadway, and every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter which are applicable to any driver of any vehicle, except for those provisions which, by their very nature, can have no application.
