§ 51.64  RESTORATION OF SERVICE AFTER DISCONTINUANCE FOR NONPAYMENT OF BILLS.
   After water has been cut off as provided in § 51.63, it shall not be cut on again until all water rent due for the premises affected is paid, together with a cut-on fee as determined by the Board of Commissioners from time to time.
