§ 51.03  DISCHARGE OF TRADE WASTES FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES INTO STREAMS.
   No person shall discharge or permit the discharge into any stream or the drainage area thereof, which stream or any part thereof passes through the town, of any trade waste for industrial processes, such as dyes, bleaches, fats, oils, greases, acids, alkalis, chemicals, gasoline or other explosives, coal tar, creosote or any other trade waste, which does or may discolor the water of the stream or give off any odor or which may be detrimental to health or the use of property in the drainage area of the stream, except as provided in § 51.04 below.
